Building safety regulations inspection 2025
In spring 2025, the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) inspected our building control services to check we are meeting our legal responsibilities under the Building Act 1984 and Building Safety Act 2022.
The inspection also reviewed how well our systems, processes and controls are working based on the BSR’s Operational Standards Rules.
The BSR found no issues during the inspection and praised our proactive approach, strong leadership and effective systems.
Our collaboration with Local Authority Building Control (LABC) and use of the LABC ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System has been a key factor in achieving a positive inspection outcome.
The result confirms our commitment to delivering safe and high-quality building control services.
