You can

tell us about a building that is derelict or not secured
tell us about a building that is in a dangerous condition
tell us about a structure such as a wall that is in a dangerous condition

Derelict or insecure buildings

When a building is unsecured or in a derelict condition, we will ensure steps are taken to protect public safety.

If the building needs securing immediately, we will arrange this, otherwise we will notify the owner to do so.

Dangerous buildings or structures

When a building or structure is in a dangerous condition, such as following a fire, storm damage or impact from a vehicle, we will ensure steps are taken to protect public safety.

We cannot undertake any repairs to reinstate the building or structure.
