Report a pothole, damaged road, footpath or cycleway
Tell us about damage to one of our road surfaces.
This could be:
- a pothole
- broken kerb stones
- erosion of the road edge
- other surface damage (for example, a damaged speed bump)
You can upload a photo to help us find the damage.
How to report it
You can either do this:
- by signing in or registering for a South Gloucestershire Council account
or - as a guest (we will ask for your phone number and email address, but you do not have to give it to us)
What happens next
We aim to inspect the damage within 10 working days of you reporting it. We then decide whether to:
- fix the problem
- add it to our long-term programme of work
If we feel that no further action is needed at this time we will close the report.
