How to request help
You can request help for care and support online, by phone or by email.
To do it online you will need to set up an online account with us if you do not already have one. Find out how to set up an online account with us.
Make a request online

If you need help managing your services online you can ask for someone you know to act on your behalf.

Request a review of your current care
You can also use the phone number and email address above to request a review of your current care.
What happens next
Your request will be reviewed and we will contact you to let you know the next step – we aim to respond within 5 working days, where possible.
We may arrange for a member of our team to visit you to carry out a full assessment of your needs.
It will be completed by someone with experience and understanding, usually either a social worker, a social work assistant, or an occupational therapist.
