Report a problem with a street name sign | BETA - South Gloucestershire Council

Tell us if you see a street name sign that is damaged or missing.

Reporting it can help us fix it sooner.

How to report it

You can do it either:

by signing in or registering for a South Gloucestershire Council account
or
as a guest (we will ask for your phone number and email address, but you
do not have to give them)

We need to know the location of the sign. You can also upload a photo to help us.

We aim to inspect the street name sign within 10 working days.

If it needs replacing, this can take up to 12 weeks. This is because they are made to order.
