Request removal of a bin or box

If you have unwanted bins, recycling boxes or food waste bins at your property, you can ask us to take them away.

You can also take recycling boxes and food waste bins to a recycling centre by booking a visit.

If you have a current garden waste subscription but need a green bin removed, you will need to call us on 01454 868000 to arrange this. You can use the form below if you are no longer subscribed.

How to request removal

You will need to sign in or create a South Gloucestershire Council account.

Alternatively, you can:

• call us on 01454 868000

What happens next

Make sure your bin or box is empty and leave it where you normally put it out for collection. We will remove it within the next 10 working days.
