What a One Stop Shop is

One Stop Shops allow you to visit us in person to answer questions, resolve problems and get advice.

We help with all council services and also offer financial support to help with the rising costs of living.

Our One Stop Shops have been adapted to make sure any customers with physical or sensory impairments can access our services. Translation services are also available.

Each one has a private room available if you need to speak to one of us about a confidential matter.

We offer advice and information to help you keep or find a home. We can help you deal with issues including possible eviction, arrears, debt and repair.

We can also offer advice to people who are threatened with harassment or violence and cannot remain in their home.

If you are a homeowner, we can offer advice if you are in mortgage arrears or you are threatened with repossession.

If you have nowhere to stay tonight, then use the drop-in service at one of the One Stop Shops above.
