The SG Homes service will: 

  • provide a condition report on your property after survey
  • provide a named housing officer who will deliver your chosen service 
  • maximise income from your tenancy by matching you with tenants ready and waiting to rent
  • carry out all necessary checks to ensure the right tenant for your property 
  • help you manage repairs and maintenance through our specialist property repair partner organisation using approved qualified contractors

Introductory service

In our introductory service we make sure that:

  • there is a property inventory with photos
  • prospective tenants are fully assessed, including right to rent check
  • property viewings are accompanied
  • the rent payment is set up according to your preferred method and frequency
  • there is full consultation with you at every stage
  • tenancy documentation is prepared

Managed service

Our managed service has all the benefits of the introductory service and we make sure that:

  • deposit protection is arranged
  • an experienced housing officer supports you and your tenant
  • rent is collected and your rent account is managed
  • there are regular property inspections
  • repairs are arranged on your behalf
  • all annual safety compliance checks are arranged and funded
  • 50% rent payments during void periods of up to 2 months

Rent guarantee service

This service has all the features of the managed service plus full rent is guaranteed for the duration of the agreement.
