Report a problem with a litter or dog bin | BETA

Tell us about a problem with a litter bin or dog bin that it is full or damaged.

How to report it

We will ask you to pinpoint the location of the bin on a map.

We aim to check and empty the bin within one working day.

If it is damaged we will inspect it within 10 working days to find out if it can be fixed or needs replacing.

It is not necessary to separate dog waste from other types of household waste.

For this reason, dedicated dog bins are no longer required and dog waste can be disposed of in any available litter bin or your black household bin.
