Debt management policy

Our debt management policy explains how we recover money owed to us, while supporting people experiencing financial difficulties.

The policy aims to:

make sure debt recovery is fair, supportive and transparent
help people manage debt and get support if they need it

This equality impact assessment reviews the impact of our policy under the Equality Act 2010, Public Sector Equality Duty, and safeguarding obligations.
