Request a pest control service for your home
If you have a problem with pests at home, our pest control officers can advise and carry out treatments on a range of pests, including:
- rats
- mice
- squirrels
- wasps and hornets
- insects, for example fleas and bedbugs
We do not treat for birds, moles or bees, but can offer professional advice.
Our pest control service is available:
- 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday
- 8.45 am to 4.30 pm Fridays
For an extra charge we offer an out of hours service.
We cover all areas of South Gloucestershire. We may still be able to help if you live outside the area.
Pest control charges
You can check our pest control charges for the cost of an advisory visit and treatment, if required. You are entitled to a 50% discount on advice and treatment for rats if you are on certain benefits.
When you complete the request form we will contact you to arrange an appointment and discuss timescales and payment.
There is a high demand for this service which may impact on how soon we can arrange your appointment.
