Some users are currently experiencing problems accessing our Public Access (planning, building control and licensing applications) and Citizen Portal (school admissions and early year providers) systems. We are working to fix this as soon as possible.

Due to essential maintenance some of our online account services will be unavailable on Wednesday 20 November from 5pm to 10pm.

It is free to join the library. You can sign up for membership in person, online or by completing an Active library and leisure card application form.
