Reservations
There is no charge to reserve items in stock in a LibrariesWest library if you collect them from any South Gloucestershire library.
Books from outside LibrariesWest authorities

- concession: £5
- child/young person: no charge
Overdue charges

Overdue charges may depend on the type of membership you have.

Other charges
- cost of damaged/lost items – replacement value. No charge for damaged/lost items issued on children’s cards
- lettings of library £25.60 per hour full rate, £10.20 for community groups
- hire of orchestral, vocal and drama/play sets £23.10 for first 20 copies, £12.80 for each additional 20 copies
- garden waste sacks £2.90
How to pay
You can pay charges:
- by card on our self-service machines
- online by logging into your account
- by cash to library staff during staffed hours
To pay online log into your account at www.librarieswest.org.uk. You will need your membership number and PIN.
If you do not know your PIN select ‘Forgot my PIN’ and an email will be sent to the email address we hold for you on our records. If we do not have a valid email address on our records the PIN reset will not work.
