Your Blue Badge remains the property of the council. If it is misused or obtained falsely we will withdraw it.
It is a criminal offence to misuse a Blue Badge and could lead to a fine. Report misuse of a Blue Badge.
Updating your details
You must advise us of any change to your address or personal details. Phone or email us by using the contact details on this page.
Lost, stolen or damaged badge
If your Blue Badge is lost, stolen or damaged we can issue a replacement for £10.
You can request a replacement and pay by calling our contact centre on 01454 868004 or visiting one of our One Stop Shops
All payments must be made by debit or credit card.
When to return your Blue Badge
You must return the badge to us by law if:
- the badge has expired
- your medical condition or mobility improves and you are no longer eligible
- a replacement badge has been issued for one that is lost or stolen and the original is found – then the original badge must be returned
- the badge becomes damaged or faded and is illegible
- the badge is no longer required
