Crisis and Resilience Fund

The UK Government has provided funding for us to support low-income households who are experiencing an unexpected change in their financial situation.
Support may include:
- debt and budgeting advice
- emergency help
- help to increase your income
- support to reduce energy costs
Who can apply
You must:
- live in South Gloucestershire (or have been placed in temporary accommodation elsewhere by our housing team)
- be over 18 years old
- need immediate or long term support due to an unexpected change in financial situation
You will need to tell us:
- what you need help with
- your personal details (name, address, email or phone number)
- your household’s financial situation
You will also need to complete an income and expenditure sheet and provide copies of your bank statements to support your application.

Alternatively you can visit one of our One Stop Shops to speak with an advisor.
If you cannot access a One Stop Shop but you would like to speak to us, call our contact centre on the freephone number: 0800 953 7778 to request a call back from an advisor.
Our contact centre cannot take applications or provide application updates.
What happens next
We aim to review your application with 2 working days to assess how the Crisis and Resilience Fund can best support you.
This will not always be in the form of a payment, we may decide to refer you to one of our partners for support.
