The UK Government has provided funding for us to support low-income households who are experiencing financial crisis.

This funding will also support building long-term financial stability and resilience across our communities.

Who can apply

You must:

  • live in South Gloucestershire (or have been placed in temporary accommodation elsewhere by our housing team)
  • be over 18 years old
  • need immediate or long term support support due to a financial crisis

You will need to tell us:

  • your household’s financial situation
  • what you need help with
  • your personal details (name, address, email or phone number)

You will also need to complete an income and expenditure sheet and provide copies of your bank statements to support your application.

How to apply

Visit one of our One Stop Shops to speak with an advisor.

If you cannot access a One Stop Shop call our contact centre on 01454 868009.

Online applications will open soon.

What happens after you apply

We aim to review your application with 2 working days to assess how the Crisis and Resilience Fund can best support you.

This will not always be in the form of a crisis payment, we may decide to refer you to one of our partners for support.

We will contact you if we require further information.
