Supporting the high street

We are proud to support the vibrancy and resilience of Staple Hill high street through a range of investments and community grants.

Recent initiatives include the installation of wayfinding signs to help people find their way around the high street and a mural and painted benches in Fountain Square.

The high street has also benefitted from funding to support local businesses and community groups to move into empty shops and new planting schemes.

These initiatives, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and administered by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, will help make sure Staple Hill high street remains a lively and inclusive destination.
