We are proud to support the vibrancy and resilience of Hanham high street through a range of investments and community grants.
Hanham has benefitted from funding for wayfinding signs to help residents and visitors navigate the high street and surrounding area, toilet block refurbishment, planting schemes, cycle parking, seating, improvements to footpaths and mural painting.
Local businesses and community groups have also received direct financial support to move into empty shops and post-Covid 19 funding to encourage people back to the high street.
These initiatives were funded by the Love our High Street Fund and UK Shared Prosperity Fund, administered by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, to help make sure Hanham high street remains a lively and inclusive destination.
