Licensing fees and charges

We set fees and charges for licences, certificates, consents, permits, registrations, and notices.

These cover the costs of administration, issue and enforcement of locally set fees. Statutory fees are set under the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005. 

Review of Fees  

Our fees and charges are reviewed annually and implemented on 1 April each year.  

The annual review will be submitted to our Regulatory Committee for consideration and agreement. 

We reserve the right to review the fees and charges at any time.
