Reserve and pay for a space
To use a hangar you need to download the ParkMyBike app and set up an account. It is available from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You can use the app to check live availability of hangars, reserve a space, and cancel a space you no longer need.
Spaces are reserved for free for up to 90 minutes. You will be charged from when you unlock the hangar and there is a £2 cancellation fee if you do not use your space.
You can also set up a monthly or yearly subscription via the app.
Use a bike hangar
Watch a video on how to use the app to unlock and lock the hangar once you have reserved a space. You should always secure your bike using your own lock inside the hangar.
The hangars have been funded by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority using Active Travel England funding.
Report an issue with a hangar
Falco is responsible for maintenance of the hangars. You can report any issues you encounter with the hangars to Falco by using the phone and email details provided in the app.
Terms of use are also available in the app.
