Some users are currently experiencing problems accessing our Public Access (planning, building control and licensing applications) and Citizen Portal (school admissions and early year providers) systems. We are working to fix this as soon as possible.

Due to essential maintenance some of our online account services will be unavailable on Wednesday 20 November from 5pm to 10pm.

We have launched a community welcome spaces grant to support local groups and venues wanting to provide a safe and friendly place for South Gloucestershire residents.

This has been made available from the Household support fund.

The grant can be used to fully fund or contribute to the running of a free-to-use space. It can also be used to provide additional support in the space, such as advice services, hot drinks or food parcels.

There is more information on the Community Welcome Spaces page.

Awards of up to £500 a month are available on a first come, first served basis until the funding runs out.

We publish all grant awards and project descriptions on our open data webpage.
