Welcome to the registration page for voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations and town and parish councils.

You must register full details of your community organisation before submitting an application for a grant.

We cannot approve or pay your organisation until all details have been completed and the form has been submitted.

You only need to register once and you can update records at any time. This is particularly important for changes to contact details and annual financial reports.

All organisations must upload the following documents: 

  • constitution or governing rules 
  • equality and diversity policy 
  • safeguarding policy 
  • financial accounts for the most recent reporting year
