View your Housing Benefit online

You need a South Gloucestershire Council account to view your Housing Benefit information online.

This will allow you to view:

• your current benefit entitlement
• housing benefit payments
• letters from us

Once you have logged in you will need:

• your claim reference number
• date of birth
• national insurance number
• postcode as shown on your council tax bill or benefit award notice
