Tree Week terms and conditions
Before you apply for a tree voucher you must accept the terms and conditions below.
South Gloucestershire Council Tree Week 2024
Tree vouchers are available on a first come first served basis, one voucher per household to the value of £20.
The £20 voucher is a contribution towards the cost of a tree. You will need to cover any remaining balance.
Your tree must be planted on your own land, or for residents without a garden the Forest of Avon Trust will plant and maintain a tree on your behalf.
All vouchers expire on 28 February 2025.
The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. It cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative and is non-refundable.
Voucher options
You can only get a voucher by signing up for the scheme on our website.
There are 2 options for using the voucher:
Option 1
Use your voucher at one of the following South Gloucestershire tree nurseries as a contribution towards the cost of a tree to be planted on your own land. We encourage you to use the nearest tree nursery to your location.
Old Sodbury Tree and Plant Nursery – you can collect a tree during normal opening hours 9am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday (closed on Sunday). 01454 310664
Lodge Farm Trees (for fruit trees only) – you must phone in advance to arrange collection.

You must present the unique voucher code number generated when you apply on our website to the relevant tree nursery on collection. You will only be able to use your voucher at the nursery you selected.
You can show the nursery the unique code on your mobile phone screen, or tell them the number, printing is not required.
Your choice of tree will be limited to the availability at the selected nursery.
Option 2
For residents without a garden who register for the scheme, the voucher value will be used to cover the costs for the Forest of Avon Trust planting and maintaining a tree on your behalf.
Variation of terms
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or withdraw the offer of a voucher without prior notice.
