Garden waste collection

We empty green bins once a fortnight on the same day as your black bin. Check your collection date.

If you are unable to put your bins out for collection, due to health or mobility reasons, you can request an assisted collection.

Your green bin must only contain household garden waste. Find out what you can put in your green bin.

Replacement bin

If you have a garden waste subscription and your green bin is damaged or missing you can order a replacement free of charge.

How to cancel or transfer

You can cancel or transfer a garden waste subscription at anytime.

Updating your details

You are unable to change your bank card details mid-subscription. You will need to wait until the renewal date. To cancel auto renew payment sign in to your online account.

If you no longer have access to the email address that you set your account up with, you will need to set up a new account (as you cannot change an email address within an existing account). We recommend that you do this when your subscriptions have expired.

You can check your existing garden waste subscription and when it is due to expire on our waste and recycling collection dates page.
