Waste and recycling

The Sort It recycling centres close at 2pm on 24 December and are closed all day on 25, 26 December and 1 January.

You can check your collection dates over Christmas and New Year. Collections return to normal the week beginning 12 January 2026.

For all enquires related to social care you can contact us from 8.30am to 5pm on the days we are open, including Christmas Eve.
