If your Blue Badge is lost, stolen or damaged we can issue a replacement for £10.

You must return the damaged badge before a replacement can be issued. You can do this at one of our One Stop Shops or send it by post to the following address:

Once the damaged badge has been returned, you can request and pay for a replacement at a One Stop Shop or by calling our contact centre on 01454 868004.

All payments must be made by debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
