Outdoor sports facilities
There are many opportunities to play outdoor sports in South Gloucestershire. Some of the facilities are used by clubs but are also open to the public.
Facilities
Page Park has:
- one senior football pitch
- one cricket pitch
- floodlit tennis courts and pavilion
- a bowling green with a pavilion
Kingswood Park has:
- tennis courts
- a bowling green with a pavilion

Booking
If you need to contact us by phone, check the changes to opening times over Christmas and New Year.
Cricket and football pitches
Cricket and football pitches are hired out to clubs on a seasonal basis but you may be able to hire them on occasional dates.

Bowling greens
Bowling greens are hired out to bowling clubs on a seasonal basis. However one rink at each green is available for public use.

Tennis courts
It is free to use the tennis courts at Page Park and Kingswood Park on an ad hoc basis. However priority is given to those who have made a block booking in advance for which there is an hourly charge for the use of the courts.
The minimum charge for block bookings is equivalent to one court for 6 hours. You need to give a notice period of at least 2 working days.

Charges
Listed below are the charges from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. These may be subject to VAT.
Football
Teams must supply their own nets and corner flags.
Adults senior pitches:
£118.70 per match
Includes the pitch, posts and use of the pavilion
Youth teams senior and junior pitches:
£59.60 per match
Includes the pitch, posts and use of the pavilion
9v9:
£37.30 per match
Includes the pitch only
Under-10s (7v7) pitches:
£29.90 per match
Includes the pitch only
Cricket
Includes the pitch and the pavilion with the use of a kitchen area.
Teams must supply their own stumps, scoreboard and tea making equipment.
Adults:
£122.40 per match
Juniors:
£61.20 per match
Tennis
Adults:
£11.90 (no floodlights) per court per hour
£17.60 (with floodlights) per court per hour
Juniors:
£6.30 (no floodlights) per court per hour
£11.60 (with floodlights) per court per hour
VAT may also apply.
There is a minimum block booking of 6 to hire the tennis courts.
Personal training
6 month permit:
£202.10 off peak October to March (single site, 6 hours per week max)
6 month permit:
£254.60 peak April to September (single site, 6 hours per week max)
12 month permit:
£403.80 flat rate (single site, 6 hours per week max)
