Some of our online forms and systems will be unavailable from 5pm Friday 7 August to midday on Sunday 9 August due to essential maintenance.

During this time, you will not be able to access:

• planning, building control and licensing applications
• some report it forms including revenues and benefits
• waste and recycling collection date checker on our website (you can still use our council app to check your waste collection dates on your mobile or tablet)
• Council meetings, minutes and reports (Modern Gov)
• managing your business rates, council tax or housing benefit online (Citizens Access)
• school admissions portal
• school opening status
