The global climate is in a state of breakdown, resulting in an emergency affecting people and nature. We need to urgently prepare for the local impacts of a changing climate, reduce our carbon emissions and protect and restore nature.
Simple switches you can make
Switch to Green Energy
Choose a renewable energy supplier and get an energy audit of your home.
Switch journeys
Walk, cycle or use public transport, why not switch your private car for a bike or bus pass?
Switch meals
Use up food leftovers, switch to eating more vegetables and less meat, switch out beef and lamb or why not switch to becoming vegetarian or vegan?
Switch buying
Swap, re-use, recycle, switch to buying second hand or borrowing. Switch to an ethical bank, insurance and pension company.
Switch to growing
Growing at home, discover community allotments or gardens in your area, join a local conservation group and sponsor a tree.
