Community health and wellbeing action fund
The community health and wellbeing action fund supports voluntary and community groups working with and helping some of the most vulnerable adults living in South Gloucestershire.
You can apply for up to £20,000 per project every year. You are allowed to make multiple applications to support different projects, however you should highlight which application is priority as funding is limited.
Applications are now closed. Grants were successfully awarded for July 2024 to March 2026. The next round of applications will open in early 2026.
Who can apply
Voluntary and community groups that support one or more of the following:
- people living with a physical or neuro disability
- people experiencing perinatal mental health problems
- carers needing support
- people who have experienced trauma
- people living with HIV
- people living with dementia
- older people with health and wellbeing issues
- ethic minority groups with health and wellbeing issues
You will need to demonstrate how your project or activity achieves one of the health and wellbeing outcomes detailed in the key criteria.
We expect all grant applications to consider equalities and how people from disadvantaged equalities communities will be included.
