Taxi driver change of details or circumstances

You must notify us in writing as soon as possible of any change of details or circumstances, including:

• address
• name
• employer or business
• diagnosis of a medical condition

If you have been diagnosed with a medical condition or have a change in health while you hold a licence you must tell us straight away.

For any convictions, points or other penalties you must tell us in writing by the end of the next working day.
