Location
The Enterprise Area is located in South Gloucestershire in the north fringe of Bristol, alongside the A38 in very close proximity to the M4/M5 motorway interchange. This provides direct east-west access to London and Cardiff and north-south access to the midlands and southwest.

Brabazon development
At the heart of the Filton Enterprise area is the Brabazon development providing a range of investment opportunities.
YTL Developments is delivering a £2-billion project and the largest development in Bristol’s history with Brabazon, a new mixed-use neighbourhood.
Brabazon will be a 380-acre commercial, residential, and leisure project, with development work occurring over a 15-year period.
