Digital skills support sessions
Learn or improve your digital skills by booking a free session with a volunteer Digital Champion.
The one-to-one sessions can help you with topics such as:
- using email and online searches
- staying safe online
- completing online forms
- creating documents
- using tablets and smartphones
- downloading apps
Where and when
Sessions generally last around from 45 minutes to an hour and currently take place on weekdays and weekends in the following locations:
Bradley Stoke Library
Mondays 10am to midday
Tuesdays 11am to 12.30pm
Cadbury Heath Library
Saturdays 9.30am to 11.30am
Downend Library
Wednesdays 11am to 1pm
Emersons Green Library
Fridays 1pm to 3pm
Hawkesbury Upton Village Hall
Alternate Fridays 2.30pm to 4pm
Sessions in Hawkesbury Upton are at the same time as the community library. Upcoming dates: 17 and 31 July, 14 August.
Staple Hill Library
Tuesdays 2pm to 4pm
Thornbury Library
Wednesdays 2pm to 5pm
Thursdays 10am to 1pm
Yate Library
Saturdays 10am to midday
Tuesdays 10am to midday
How to book

- visit the library during staffed hours and speak to library staff
