Vote at a polling station
Around a month before the election day we will send you your polling card. This will tell you when and where you need to go to vote.
If you do not receive a polling card you can check if you are registered to vote.
Polling stations are open from 7am to 10pm on the date of an election.
You do not have to bring your polling card to vote but it can help speed up the process.
Find your polling station
You can find this on your polling card or by entering your postcode below.
If the box to enter your postcode is not showing, you can try refreshing your browser.
You can also visit Where do I vote? to find your polling station.
Voter ID
From 4 May 2023 all voters are required to show photo identification at polling stations before they are given a ballot paper.
You can find more information on our voter ID at polling stations page.
