Report an accident

Once your vehicle is licensed for use as a taxi or private hire, if at any time it is involved in an accident, incident or collision you must tell us immediately or the next working day at the latest.

First email taxis@southglos.gov.uk to initially inform us.

Complete and return a vehicle accident report form.
