The Batch Community Centre

We are seeking to appoint an operator for the Batch Community Centre.

Expressions of interest are invited from local community and non-profit-making organisations. In all cases a lease will only be offered where applications are considered to be satisfactory.

We have a small number of garages which are managed by Bromford housing association.

Grass areas

Our small portfolio of grass areas (grass keeps) are let on a 2 year less a day period and will be next available in May 2026 subject to a review of these assets.

Those available will be advertised between March and April 2026 with details of the tender process and the opportunity to bid for one of the identified plots.
