If you do not already have an online account with us you will need to set up a ‘Resident’ account by registering with your personal email address.

Request community meals

You can ask for someone you know to act on your behalf if you need help managing your services with the council. Find out more on our South Gloucestershire Council online account and digital services page.

You can discuss your needs with us if you would like further advice before completing the online form by calling:

Quality and caring customer service

All our staff, including our chefs, admin team and delivery drivers, make a vital contribution to our customer service. We take care to ensure a personal service for you and stay in direct contact, listening and responding to your comments and feedback to continuously improve our service.

Our admin team will answer any queries you may have, as well as help with the information we need to get you set up. They can also help with questions about our menus, any additional meals required and pausing or cancelling meals.
