£50,000 grant funding is available to support organisations planning commemorative events and activities to celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

This takes place from Thursday 2 June to Sunday 5 June 2022.

Eligible organisations

Organisations eligible for funding are:

  • voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations
  • town and parish councils

If an organisation is not formally established, they must agree to work in partnership with an approved registered organisation. This could be CVS South Gloucestershire or a town and parish council.

Grants can be applied for to fund items such as:

  • publicity costs
  • PA system hire
  • insurance
  • marshalling
  • entertainment

The minimum grant is £100 and the maximum is £3000, depending on demand and budget availability.

How to register

Organisations must complete registration details online and have these approved before asking for an application form.

You only need to register once and you can update your organisation’s registration at any time.

If your organisation is already registered, you should check that the details are correct and that the policy documents and accounts are up to date before applying.

As part of the registration process, all organisations must supply their:

  • constitution or governing document
  • equality and diversity policy
  • safeguarding policy
  • most recent accounts
